We are an expert centre for a variety of health issues such as PCOD/PCOS, infertility, diabetes, and back pain. Apart from this, we provide 200-hour and 500-hour RYT Yoga Teacher Training programmes, approved by Yoga Alliance International. The programme is for those who want to become certified teachers. With equal emphasis on physical postures and yoga philosophy, our training equips you to teach with confidence and enthusiasm. We are an empathetic community dedicated to enabling you to live a healthier life.
